Terrible Company—we called them for our dishwasher since it was listed on manufacturer’s website as recommended technicians. The man arrived with ZERO interpersonal skills, lacked basic mannerisms. He charged us for diagnosing the problem WITHOUT touching the apparent defective part out to test with multimeter. As a professional, he tells us that with the part replacement, he still can’t tell if the leaking will continue. Why did I hire you? To know what you are doing. He took NO interest when I was showing him water damage to show the water trail for better understanding. This technician has no confidence in his skills. He quoted the original dishwasher sump at twice what the manufacturer lists on their website. Horrible professional service; terrible customer service. Completely disa

Paul at Ko-Am was the lower bid and seemed more knowledgeable than the competition. These floors are 70 years old and had never been restored. The job was *mostly* dust free - but I did find some dust. The floors look brand new. They did more than they promised and I couldn't be happier.

Mike and the Ko-am Enterprises team are great! I’ve had this group do hardwood flooring jobs at two different homes over the last few years, including carpet and runner installation. The team is easy to work with, very reasonable pricing and great quality output. Thanks Mike!

Stay away from them. No professionalism at all. He came to fix our laundry washer 3-4 times. Instead of fixing it properly, he lectured us not to use too much or too less load as if we are not aware of it. He fixed the wire problem by using a tape. We used a different service 4th time. Still, the issue with drain continued. We called whirlpool and they set another appointment with KoAM again. KoAM called us and said since we used different company last time, they recommend us to use the same company and cancelled our appointment and the lady kept on arguing and giving more excuses for not coming. Expect no professionalism from them! STAY AWAY!!!
