Steven and Andreas went above and beyond to help our family get new carpet into a home we were moving into. Fast, efficient, fully transparent, and friendly. The men that installed were fast and friendly as well. Can’t say enough about the experience. This is the only place we will turn to in the future. Great people I'm a trucker who need help and when all the repair shops were closed on a saturday the partners at Koala were the only people who put their project on hold to help me with my truck. While I was thanking them the older gentlemen said hey "God brought us together" it was really nice meeting them both God Bless

Koala Carpet did a great job with repairing our stained carpeting! They replaced the stained areas with our “extra” carpeting we had saved! Will certainly use them next time for new flooring! Steve, owner, was very helpful & informative to solve our carpet issue! Thank you Steve!!

Steve and his crew are the best in the industry. Koala installed over 1500 square feet of hardwood flooring in my house in 2011 and it still looks as amazing as the day they installed it. Their attention to fine detail is what sets them apart.

These guys really went the extra mile! Andreas and Steve worked really hard to make sure that a difficult repair on my hardwood floor was done correctly and looked good. Andreas worked for days very carefully matching pieces and installing them in a way that seemelessly blended in to the original floor. We went to lots of floor places. These guys are a cut above when it comes to service and quality. I would definately reccomend them to anyone who is willing to pay for a job done right.
