Koala Insulation of Greater Knoxville

Koala provided blown insulation for our entire attic and did an amazing job! They were really efficient and had the job done an hour sooner than they quoted and were extremely thorough and cleaned up everything afterwards. Great people to deal with and locally owned which is exactly what I was looking for.

Great response and communication every step of the way from estimate to the scope of work. Even on call backs for new request items the work was completed at god speed with quality and attention to detail. I also wasn’t paid for this review like most companies do now.

Fast and efficient work! Steph came out and did a thorough inspection of my attic. 13 inches of insulation is current code...I had 3 inches! (And a nearly $600 electric bill for the month of January!!!) The quote was very reasonable and TVA offers a $500 rebate for being compliant with energy standards. Woody and Tyler came out and quickly got us up to code (and beyond!) Both were friendly, professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions and provided me with plenty of pictures showing their work. I am extremely happy with Koala Insulation and would absolutely recommend them for your insulation service needs! Thanks guys!

Had some very much needed home insulation installed today in a very tight attic/roof space - had never been properly insulated before. Tyler and Woody did an excellent job. They documented the work and reviewed with us - including pictures before and after the insulation was installed, super courteous and professional. Very pleased with the work and looking forward to lower power bills!
