He discussed the entire process thoroughly, even discussed why he wasn't going to upsell me and how it would be a waste. We were having a problem with the plumbing pipes in the attic becoming very hot in the summer. So I called Koala Insulation, after hearing about them from an interview with Carren Reale, on WSOS. Bruce Hammer, with Koala Insulation came out to assess the problem. He combed the attic and determined that we could use some additional insulation, which would help our problem. He also found some areas in the attic where we didn't have any insulation! His estimate was very reasonable so we scheduled the service. His servicemen were prompt and did a wonderful job of adding the blown-in insulation. They were respectful and helpful. They addressed the special areas too. They cleaned up after themselves and even left an old tool which they had found. I would wholeheartedly recommend Koala Insulation
