First, let me say that anyone willing to do this type of work and do it well, the way it is supposed to done, gets 5 stars everyday! Not only did they give us the best price but they also were flexible to work around our schedule. We had to reschedule twice and they didn't give up on us. I would definitely recommend Koala Insulation to anyone needing their services. The technicians made every effort to ensure the insulation went only where it needed to be to prevent the insulation from getting everywhere else in the house and the garage. They even put a barrier up to keep the insulation from blowing into the garage and another around our attic steps. Well done!! Thank you!!

Koala Insulation exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I called for an estimate for spray foam insulation on my new home under construction. Shane returned my call, came out to the job site, and provided a quote very quickly. Although I had other estimates scheduled, I had a strong feeling right away that Koala was the right choice. Once the job was scheduled, I ran into a timing issue due to inspections not being finalized. I recently had the opportunity to work with Shane from Koala Insulation. I must say his on-site technician Landry did an excellent job. Shane went out of his way to accommodate my very tight schedule. And Landry was personable and easy to work with. Updated review: Koala Insulation returned today and they were really professional, apologetic, and kind about taking another pass at cleaning the yard and even brought over new shells, which is what covers the ground of my yard, and soil for the plants. I appreciate them making a nice effort to make this situation right!
