Koala T Roofing was awesome and exceeded my expectations! Three months prior she came and inspected the damage and gave me a quote that was very reasonable!!!! After insurance check run around for 3 months I called her and she was on spot , came to do a re inspection and her team was on it next day ! I had four estimates to replace my roof. The reason I selected Koala-T Roofing: Excellent communication, Thorough estimate , Comparable pricing, Sample of the underlayment, Photographs. Very satisfied with results. The workers came at reasonable times, were polite, cleaned up after each day. The owner checked on the work in progress, provided photographs of the completed roof replacement and provided the written warranty.

This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Deanna was out for our scheduled appointment on time to look at our roof and make recommendations. We were in need of a small roof repair and general maintenance. True to her word we got the estimate on time and we accepted. The price was far less than i had anticipated. She was in constant communication right up to the day of our repair. We got word on the expected time and the crew and Deanna arrived. They were professional and got right to work. Repair and maintenance went quickly. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Deanna's communication. I would use Koala-T Roofing again without hesitation.
