Horrible family owned business that does not stand up to what they are selling . I had 2 pressure washer hoses blowing on me and they wanted to cut the hose and put a new fitting on a defective hose that had 6 hrs on it . Plus when I told the barney rebble little napoleon guy to keep it he followed me out to the parking lot and threatened to beat me up . I would give them a negative feedback minus stars for quality and salesmanship it's a Horrible family to deal with never felt with such horrible people like them to me is giving a bad name to a family owned busines

One time the owner / head Mechanic Tom even dropped what he was doing to do an urgent repair on my trailer. He was quick & his help meant so much in my time of need. I stopped here to buy a quart of non-detergent oil for one of our pressure washers, which we purchased from Kochel. We also use Kochel to service our fleet of pressure washers, which were also purchased from them. Anyway, I got much more than I bargained for. As soon as I requested the oil, a gentleman emerged from the back office and gave me a detailed education on how these pressure washers operate. He informed me on the conditions of the oil, and exactly what could cause discoloration of the oil as well as many other things. After discussing with him the manner in which we use/abuse our equipment, he then continued to provide solutions, based on the information provided, to prevent futureproblems.
