Rich and his team did a fantastic job building a kitchen on our roof deck. We knew we wanted one even before we bought our condo, and they made it happen just in time for summer. He was easy to work with and communicate with, and his crew did quality work. Materials were sourced without any issue — some things I got through him, and a few others I got myself from Home Depot at his recommendation when he knew I could get a better price than he would through his supplier. His team even picked those things up for me (no way I would have been able to fit the grill and fridge in my car). I hired Kocher Construction to complete various items for my condo in West New York, NJ. They updated my bathroom and kitchen tile flooring, spackled, sanded and painted the entire apartment, sanded and stained hardwood flooring, installed a new bathroom vanity, plumbing fixtures, medicine cabinet and new lighting fixtures.
