Josh did a great job servicing my property today. He showed up on time, communicated well with me, and updated my chart online so that I could read all of the things he found and saw because I was at work. Such a great company!

Kodiak Pest Control has been phenomenal to my wife and I. Nick was the first to reach out about my German cockroach problem. He was very communicative and informative over the phone, and quickly got me scheduled. Nick came out and did a detailed investigation found plenty of proof of the roaches residing in my house. I would like to add that he was caring of my concerns and very helpful responding to my questions. He recommended a two shot treatment and I accepted. He sent Josh out and he was on time and very professional. I would also like to add he was very knowledgeable and caring. Josh, in detail explained what he was going to do that day, and what the second treatment would look like. Josh let me know when he finished the treatment and gave me directions. Pc was on time and friendly. He got to work quickly and was done before we knew it. Reported that there were lots of dead spiders in the crawl space, so last months treatment worked. Very pleased with Kodiak Pest Control and their employees.
