I will be forever grateful! I was literally saved from a nightmare. I had been dealing with a pilot light issue for about a month. (Water heater) Coincidentally someone from the water company stopped by with a dye pack to test the toilet. He explained that I must have a leak somewhere due to water usage. I tested the toilet, it was fine. It's so unnerving being told you have a leak you can't locate. A few days later I get another visit from the water company. They're pretty sure I still have a leak somewhere. I made another trip to the basement to light the pilot so I could do dishes. This water heater was gushing water from the bottom. Even with the floor drain close there was water everywhere! The messed up situation with this house is there's only one water shutoff! That's right, I have

I would like to share the terrible experience I have had with Kogge Plumbing so that others may be aware as well. I called Kogge Plumbing and asked for a standard drain cleaning by using the method of jetting out the drain line. Kogge Plumbing went to my property and spent about 2.5 hours there and was able to successfully jet out the line. However, a few days later, I was shocked to see that I had received a bill for over $1,700. I have a lot of rental properties and I know that standard pricing to jet out a line is no more than $450-$500 maximum. Most licensed plumbers are only going to charge $300-$350 for this type of service. I spent some time negotiating the price with this plumber and he did admit to double charging us and reduced the bill to $900. I was still not agreeable to this

Rick Kogge installed a shower for us and listened to what we wanted, which was to leave the finish work up to us. That saved us a lot of money and we are very happy.

Kogge is not timely in responses and fails to show up for scheduled services at all or on time. Originally, I tried contacting them via their website and received no response after waiting a couple days. Called them and scheduled an appointment. I leave work and waited over half an hour for the technician and they did not show up. Call Kogge to tell them that noone showed up. Kogge stated someone else scheduled my appointment wrong. In the background I can hear the person mutter "It's not that f-ing hard" as she is looking into the next available time. The rescheduled appointment the technician was a half hour late. Then they bill us for 1 hrs worth of labor for 0.5hrs repair.
