Phenomenal service - we had an issue with the artifact faucets we received, and it was handled extremely promptly and effectively. We had new faucets shipped to us the same day with Kohler paying for expedited shipping. The faucets themselves are beautiful and high end. Thank you Kohler and Megan!

I needed help figuring out how to combine the Kohler Occassion hydrorail with a tub spout and imagine my surprise when I called the Kohler number and firstly, was greeted by the sweetest, most informative Megan Leukart Hirsch and secondly, to find out that there was a local Kohler showroom right in downtown Charleston! Stopped into Kohler while on vacation in Charleston as we needed ideas for new bathroom cabinets. Melissa walked us through all of the options and took time to understand our needs and style. She found us the exact cabinets we wanted and had them shipped to our home at no cost. She even made a recommendation for a dinner restaurant that was a huge hit.
