Ordered several items for our kitchen remodel through our designer. Almost 2 months later we are STILL waiting on two in-stock faucets that had multiple delays (they don’t bother telling you of course when there’s a missed date, you have to chase them for updates). If I had known this was going to happen, I would’ve ordered through Home Depot, etc where those same faucets would’ve only taken a few days to be sent out AND with free shipping. Even worse, while the salesperson was nice, she didn’t bother telling us that the bar sink in the order was not compatible with the faucet we also purchased through her. I unfortunately cannot recommend this group in any way, shape or form. They are disorganized, deceitful, unprofessional and incredibly difficult to work with. We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. Nice showroom and selection. Kohler sells a lot of products, and this showroom displays their higher end products. Staff is friendly and helpful, and I found exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes. Pricing was very competitive and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. Bonus points for being open on a Sunday! My only grIpe, is that inventory is not at that location and has to be picked up in Seattle. So you're going to have to hire Snake Pliskin to get it out of Seattle for you. Fortunately they offered to move it to their Redmond location for pickup so I wouldn't have to spend money risking my life going into Seattle.

We were in the store for a good half an hour while the oldest employee ( won’t use her name) wouldn’t lift a finger to help us and was visibly surfing the internet as we stood there asking questions. She is a bare minimum employee FOR SURE and shouldn’t be working in customer service, unless the goal is to drive people out of the store. Getting her to help us was like pulling teeth, and my husband and I almost left until Hayley helped us. She was a wealth of knowledge and took time with us to help us shop for thousands of dollars worth of fixtures. She was personable, kind and offered a lot of help in sharp contrast to the other woman. Thank you, Hayley! You are amazing and are a great example of what customer service should be!

I purchased the trims and shower systems for my bathroom remodeling in a total amount over 7K, reassured by sales person Kim Stanger that all is returnable. However, when I waited for over a month for my hardware to arrive and finally decided to cancel, Kim called me and said there is a 25% restocking fee in the fine print. I find this extremely deceptive and distasteful. Very disappointed. Please beware of this trap!
