I was in desperate need of a specific rough in valve for a shower and a cast iron / porcelain finish bathtub. Meaning I needed it same day since the plumber was ready for install. Seems like a pretty easy task in the phoenix metroplex. Not so much. Lowe’s Depot no. Ace no. Fegusons no. The receptionist at Ferguson Scottsdale told me I needed an appointment? Big shout out to Sema'j Hood, Sales & Design Consultant at the Scottsdale Road KOHLER Store! We stopped in considering replacing our kitchen sink. We discovered a Kohler polish product & wondered if that was all we needed. Sema'j suggested we give the product a try as it was known to have excellent results. We remodeled our M.bath and guest bath last summer. Our plumbing products came from Kohler. We are now in the process remodeling our upstairs Jack & Jill bathroom. We met with Erika at the Kohler showroom and she was very helpful in helping us design the new bathroom. All the products were delivered on time and Erika followed up to make sure were happy.
