My experience in the installation of our stair lifts from Kohll's Home Modifications was truly top notch. Kohll's installation experts Corey and Reed had the chair lifts on 2 flights of chairs installed and working perfectly in under 4 hours. They were courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend them for your home health modification needs.

Alex came to my clients home this morning and his work and ethic lived up to the very definition of professionalism and craftsmanship. He installed 2 handrails in the home and then was happy to help with my added request of 2 grab bars in the shower. Alex's genuine caring an expertise showed through not only his finished product but by the pride he took in being able to help my clients continue to enjoy their lives together in their home. It was truly our pleasure to have him here to help us.

We started out by going to the showroom and was amazed at the variety of products offered. Something for the needs of every situation. We needed a chair lift and was shown our options. Everyone was nice and professional. After we got home and discussed what we wanted we called and ordered the chair lift we needed and set up an appointment. Cory came to our house to survey what equipment was needed, and we set up an appointment for the installation. Cory arrived right after 8 in the morning and was finished in about two and a half hours. He was very efficient and thorough when going over the operation and yearly maintenance. He had a very pleasant demeanor. We would not hesitate in recommending this business.

Aldon "Al" Thompson installed my brand new Bruno Elite Straight Rail Stairlift. This was done efficiently and quickly, something that I thought would have been performed by two individuals. In fact, the whole process from the time we called Kohll's to get an estimate until the chair was installed was quick and efficient and has made my life easier. I recommend Kohll's to everyone for everything. I have received my shingles shots there and my lift chair. Can't say enough wonderful things about Kohll's. John sent Alex immediately over to my mom's home to install safety equipment, Alex arrived quickly, was so fast, kind, professional, and just a lovely person. If you need anything done ask for Alex! Can't thank Alex and John enough for the peace of mind they gave me this AM. What a team!
