Koby Koltai is a con artist of a "general contractor." Beyond the actual lack of experience working as his own boss, we gave him a chance and got burned big time. Lots of smooth talking, but in actuality lack of access to consistent labor, missed deadlines one after the other, more promises, more chances, left us in the lurch with lots of unfinished and poorly finished work costing additional money, heartache and dust to breathe for many months after. Issues included: (i) scratches on new floors, including from a layer of woodchips covering basement from using it as a molding cutting workshop without asking permission (also clogging furnace and other appliances in the laundry room), (ii) laborers showing up for 2 hours a day and leaving (for a 5-hour "lunch" and not returning), on a co
