I can’t say enough about this company. Robert Sperry came out to my office to do tile in my lobby. I had been back and forth changing my mind several times. What a great job once I purchased the tile Robert came out on a Sunday to do the job. What a great job he did, it’s so beautiful.

Rob painted my back unit in a couple hours. The work ethic and craftsmanship is great. Rob’s prices are fair. This being a family owned business is all the more reason to support it. 10/10 would recommend. He also recaulked a shower. And he didn’t leave a mess.

I used Kolts Remodel & Repair last year to replace and paint all interior and exterior doors in my home. I was very pleased with the completed work and price. I love my updated doors and color change. What a clean and refreshing look it has made in my home! Also, Kolts Remodel & Repair recently removed all the old wood fencing and replaced it with new. Rob and Jimmy were phenomenal! It’s hard to find people who do quality work, and these guys were top notch! Rob was easy to communicate with for scheduling, and prompt on the day of service. As their work was impeccable, I enthusiastically recommend.

Absolutely the very best for a multitude of services. Power washing, floor installation, fan and lighting installation, painting, drywall, and tiling! No matter what I needed done, he was able to accommodate and he did a wonderful job. Very professional.
