Review for septic cleaning. The service was fine but the driver left waste product for me to clean up. I understand many items are not to be put in the toilet but with children and many guests these things happen. I nearly lost my lunch seeing this when I came home. I have used Krons many times but will not going forward. I leave this review and the attached photo for your information. I did call the business, the receptionist took my info but no one called me back.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, my review would be too long. Literally every person you have to interact with when you need to call them is wonderful. They are so good about helping you through issues, getting to your house as soon as they can if you have an urgent issue, and going above and beyond to help fix whatever issue you’re having if they are able. We have worked with them for a little over 5 years, usually just for routine septic maintenance. This last time, we had a kind of mysterious plumbing problem we thought could be septic related and Bill came out to help us figure it out. He’s the best, the office receptionist is so kind, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Kons has always provided efficient and very friendly service without any need for clean-up after the truck leaves. A full and complete inspection with easy-to-understand explanation of what to expect in the future was performed. I'm now a graduate of Septic 101! In addition, Mr. Kons (Dave) gave me some homework in the form of digging around and replacing the inspection ports on the septic mound (Septic 102) to make it easier for the next inspection. We are grateful for the excellent results.

Excellent costumer service - friendly, informative, timely and professional. We’ve used them for five years now and they have always been happy to help and educate on best practices for your septic system.

Had friends coming into town and a surprise septic service issue at the same time. Bill got things squared away in short order, fixed an internal issue, gave us a follow up call, and made sure my wife and I could go get our friends from the airport together instead of separate. If I could rate the customer service above a 5 I would. They really understand above and beyond customer service. Thanks again!
