We had a great experience from Ali who came to fix our AC unit. He explained the problem and the process of fixing it. By the time he left we had a cool home again ! We are extremely satisfied with the service and the great customer service received. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

We were struggling with a faulty AC unit for 2 months before these guys were able to come in and get everything fixed for us! Not only were they professional, but they constantly gave me a call to keep me updated on the entire process. If you choose to go with KOOL AIR HEATING AND COOLING be ready for terrible customer service and even worse workmanship. Unfortunately, I was forced to use KOOL AIR HEATING AND COOLING by our whole home warranty company, and there was nothing “Kool” about our experience. Their lead technician (the father) is completely unreasonable and difficult to communicate with. He also almost walked off the job if I didn’t pay him for the work upfront which goes against the California Contractors guidelines. The contractor can only request 10% upfront or $1000, whichever is less. Unfortunately he had me in a no win situation with the temperature over 100deg outside. Salwan and his associate repaired my A/C system 6/29. He kept me updated regarding when he would arrive for service and successfully completed the service repair in less than an hour. The technicians were efficient and professional.
