Kool Ducts Heat & Air

I have dashcam footage of one of their vehicles nearly hitting me, and another vehicle. This maneuver is not only illegal (changing lanes this close to an intersection), but extremely dangerous. I called the company to report the issue, and asked for an email to send the footage to, but was denied. I was told I would get a call back the next day (this was a Friday, so I gave benefit of the doubt). I still have heard nothing from the company after reporting the issue to them and providing the license plate of this vehicle. This put me, my loved ones, and my vehicle at risk, and it was done in the most memorably branded work vehicle imaginable. With the lack of concern for this massive safety and driving issue, I could never recommend this company. Unfortunately I cannot upload the full vide

We had a great experience with Kool Ducts! The owner was quick to respond and gave us a detailed estimate right away. We’re renovating an older home and had to completely update all the ductwork and install a new unit. He steered us in the right direction and made sure we got exactly what we needed.
