Kool Flow was recommended to me by a family member. As I am always “concerned” with service calls, I engaged the tech Jevawn on experience and asked him to keep me informed. He arrived on time, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and explained everything so I would understand. The work was done honestly and efficiently, and they showed a high level of professionalism throughout the whole visit. Really a great guy and my AC repair was completed quickly and the system is working great. Definitely thankful for the recommendation and I have a new AC repair company if I need any service in the future. Simply put well done and recommended
