Technician called ahead and said he was on the way, and asked if it was OK to start a few minutes early. Arrived and got started with the annual maintenance on the Trane rooftop unit. Service went well with no findings, and cleaning of the coils. Professional and good communication!

The technician was able to come out within 15 minutes of my call. He did a great job and fixed my problem quickly. I was very happy with the service.

Our HVAC stopped working around 8PM on a Saturday night, outside temp 90+. We tried all the troubleshooting that we could think of and when nothing worked, called Kool Wave. We were amazed that our call was answered that late and on a weekend. Tyler, the tech, had us try a couple of things and when that didn't work, he was at our house in less than 15 minutes and fixed the problem. We were back up and running cool within an hour of reporting. Tyler was friendly, professional and very helpful!
