Roger T. was knowledgeable, he explained what was wrong with our AC and in need of immediate replacement. Him and his partner were very helpful and efficient in replacing our ACs thermostat and changing wiring. Will definitely recommend and use Kooltech services again if necessary 🙂

My unit stopped working and i needed a new one i called kooltech and spoke to Eduardo about an install. Him and his crew showed up to the house the same week and installed my unit for me, their prices are very good and Noel, Roger, and Eduardo did a great job.

My AC malfunctioned at 4 pm and 117 degrees. I called my regular AC guy and he said “tomorrow”. Not really what you want to hear when it’s 117 outside. A friend of mine recommended Eduardo from Kooltech. Eduardo immediately made me feel at ease and said he’d be at my house when he finished his current job. Eduardo showed up promptly, got to work and I was up and running in an hour. When it came time to pay, he gave me a number and I thought “that’s a fair price”. Bottom line: Eduardo/Kooltech is the only AC contact in my phone. Competent fair customer service is hard to come by these days. I found it.
