Koons Crawl Space Solutions exceeded my expectations. Their cost estimate beat competitors and the installation team did a great job of replacing my attic insulation. They kept me informed along the way and I plan on using them again to encapsulate my crawl space.

He explained what work should be done now and what can wait- acted like an honest worker rather than a salesman. Zach and Jayden showed up on time and with everything they needed. They resealed my crawl space vents, and installed a dehumidifier and a sump pump. They even let me hangout in the crawl space with them and talked me through everything and gave tips on how to maintain the equipment. All the pipework looks crisp and it’s exactly what I envisioned. I would recommend Koons to anyone who needs their crawl space cleaned up. They did an inspection and provided a detailed estimate for the work they would do. Several options were provided depending on the level of service requested. Once the contract was completed, they scheduled a date. Works showed up on time on the date scheduled and completed the work in one week as promised. My crawl space is very tight with limited access, but they did an excellent job with the encapsulation and replacing the duct work. All the workers were very courteous and answered all questions. Overall, I was very pleased with the results of their work.

Absolutely love this company and team.
