Kopp’s flooring replaced the LVP in our entire home in one day! Mike let us keep the flooring samples overnight to make our final selection and even sent us pictures of the material once it arrived to the warehouse. The installers were professional, efficient, and courteous. Overall, a seamless experience!

We could not have had a better experience than we had with Kopp’s. It was so refreshing to have someone like Claire understand our budget and needs and not try to put us in something that was not the right fit. Claire also made sure that the pricing was competitive with big box stores despite getting us into a much higher quality product. The installers were all extremely professional, met our every intricate ask, and did an AMAZING job! We will be back. If you are in the market for flooring in the KC area definitely do not pass on Kopp’s!

We recently had the Kopps Team to replace carpet in our home. First of all Mike Cox was excellent. Punctual, follow up was perfect and scheduling was easy with the project. Our install day couldn’t have been a worse weather day with 5” of snow. They still made it out and the install team was incredibly committed to a perfect install and making sure that nothing was drug into the house with the weather. The install was quick and they did a great job. Would use them again without a second thought. Wish there were more contractors out there with the homeowner interest always at the forefront. This is the third time we have used Kopp’s for flooring. The first time was for carpet replacement before putting our last home on the market. The second time was for replacing asbestos tile flooring with engineered hardwood in the study area of our current home. Most recently they refinished the hardwood floor in our kitchen. I knew I wanted to use Kopp’s again after our first experience with carpet because they were so helpful when it came to selecting a good quality, affordable product. But more than that, the installation was perfect. The carpet was pulled tight and cut clean. The crew took great care from start to finish. Replacing our asbestos tiles with engineered hardwood brought several challenges. Kopp’s went above and beyond again to make sure that the surface was prepare

We recently replaced our walk in closet carpet. Mike was very helpful, professional and friendly! He helped me select several sample boards and gave me great design advice when he came back to pick them up. The installation was flawless! Highly recommend Kopps!
