K.O.S. Power Washing

I have used KOS for 3 years now for Christmas light installation on our house and the last 2 years have been great…which is why I keep coming back, but this year I’ve had a different experience. Company is normally super friendly and communicate easily, but this year I don’t feel like a valued paying customer. Lights were installed after a few broken dates and they were able to accommodate my color change (which was appreciated even after the “we ask earlier in the year if you want the same” - which is summer! I have no idea what lights I want in the SUMMER). I finally get my lights installed and notice the same day one light is out. Instead of apologizing and making it a priority, I was told we will get to it when we can and we normally come back if it’s 2 lights out more. But it was INST

Russell was very very helpful since I had this work completed at my Mom's house and I live in another state. My Mom enjoyed the work that was completed and she stated that everyone on the crew were very friendly and cleaned everything up very nicely. Thank you very much Russell and Roll Tide Roll !!

They cleaned my house from top to bottom using a variety of cleaning solutions which was really nice. My driveway patio siding all that was cleaned perfectly. My house looks brand new and the HOA is off my back

Their Rep, Russ, stopped by my house to talk about their services. He was very polite, explained their services and gave me a quote. Two days later they came and “soft washed” my house. They explained what they were doing and why. After they completed the work we walked around to see if I had any questions and be sure I was satisfied with their work. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.
