Our hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving Day, 2025, so I placed a service call to Kosco. They sent their team member, Linnell, who was the most friendly, courteous, and professional technician I have ever encountered. He got us up and running quickly and provided service with a smile and great personality. Kosco is fortunate to have a quality employee like Linnell and I hope that reviews like this earn him a well-deserved Holiday bonus!!
I noticed an oil leak from the pipe into the tank this morning. I called Kosco:Hop Energy and they sent a technician almost immediately. Problem fixed less than two hours later. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Jessica took my call and was so helpful to me. She answered all of my questions about my prepaid oil plan and how to break it up by year for my taxes. She was very pleasant and friendly. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the conversation. She made my day!
Claudia was extremely professional and helpful as she listed closely to my questions and concerns and offered several solutions to assist me with the issue. I was extremely pleased with the conversation and the end result and commend Claudia on the way she handled the call and my concern.
Spoke with Jessica Feb. 12 to add more oil for prepay to account.Very pleasant & helpful. I want to Thank Kosco & most especially the drivers out in the bitter cold for doing such a Great job.
