Kountry Kraft Custom Cabinetry

Kountry Kraft installed a new formica countertop in my kitchen. Old stone house with uneven walls but they tailored top to fit perfectly. I was very happy with overall experience. A little Initial communication confusion, but we figured it out and they got it done in a very timely manner as a team. Recommend them for your countertop needs and I'm sure their cabinetry has same standards. Thank you.

Recently placed an order for new kitchen cabinets from Kountry Kraft and after a lengthy process we received all the wrong doors. They had a system in place where we had to sign off on a sample door prior to them completing the work which we did. Then once they informed us the cabinets were ready they required payment in full which we did. Once we paid them it sounded like we would get out cabinets immediately but waited a full month. Once they arrived we realized the error on their part. We confirmed our sample door that was signed and sent to them was accurate and did not match what we received. Now being told it will take at least another month to get the correct doors with them offering no compensation for their huge error. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Safe yoursel

My wife and I are in the process of creating a new kitchen island at our home in Liberty Corner NJ. We are working with a local Kountry Kraft dealer, but wanted an opportunity to examine in person the full range of their cabinet designs, finish colors, and material choices. We made the almost 2-hour trip to Newmanstown today and are extremely happy we did. Every single person we encountered there was instantly friendly and helpful. I purchased kitchen cabinets from one of their dealers 20 years ago for over $20,000. The dealer is no longer in business. I called KK up to see if they could send a tech or recommend someone to touch up the custom paint finish around the handle hardware. While they offred at the time a limited life time warranty I was willing to pay for the service. They replied that their tech could not do the work and suggested I look for a furniture refinisher. DUH! It was their cabinets and they put the custom paint finish on them and then they say "We can't help you, find someone who can " However, they were nice enough to say they would be happy to sell me new cabinets.
