Highly recommend KPMaintenance Group LLC services for home repair and remodeling. Ken is the owner and was easy to work with, understood our needs and efficiently completed our kitchen tiling job in 4 days even though the tile pattern was tedious. In addition, he installed under cabinet lighting and fixed electrical issues. It all looks amazing and exactly what I envisioned. Every day Ken showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up his work area and my kitchen. I have a list of future projects that will eventually be accomplished by him. Great work!

Ken has been my go-to person for maintenance and repair work around my house for three years. He’s helped me with drywall repairs, installing pendant lights and ceiling fans, painting walls and rooms, mounting a satellite dish, installing driveway gates, and assembling and securing a heavy-duty shelving rack in my garage. He also helped me leave a rental in great shape at the end of my lease. Most recently, Ken fixed water damage in my bathroom caused by a poorly installed shower door. He made sure there was no mold or ongoing water damage and then tiled the shower walls nicely, neatly, and promptly. I highly recommend KP Maintenance for any home repair or maintenance work.
