After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. This led me to believe that Mike may have missed something. We scrutinized the estimate with Mike and did some digging and we hired Mike. In the scope of our project there will be obstacles and we have had some but Mike has been careful to handle these professionally and did his best to make sure we were happy with the results. We are just about 95% comp

Absolutely loved working with Mike and his crew for our recent siding project. I have worked with many contractors, but have never met one as responsive as Mike. Regardless of the time of day, Mike was responding to all correspondence within a few hours. In addition, the work was done extremely well, on time, and the pricing was very fair! I would certainly recommend KPI Jr. Exteriors for future projects!

KPI Jr recently replaced 10 windows and repaired other siding issues for my home. Michael is a wonderful communicator- he listens carefully and makes suggestions, provides options and advice, but doesn't try to upsell. The work was done beautifully at a fair price. I appreciate the work ethic and attention to detail.

Mike is great to work with. He is very responsive to email, texts and calls. His roof crew did an excellent job and got it done in one day and worked into the evening. Looking forward to an upcoming job we have already spoken to Mike for. Mike was highly recommended to me and we have already recommended to others.
