We shopped around and got many quotes to compare with KPS. KPS quaintly for the price was great. Communication was great even when unexpected things happened. We love our flooring and will be using KPS for other projects! They were in and out in no time!

We could not recommend Keith and his team at KPS flooring enough for any of your flooring needs. Our downstairs flooded and all of our hardwoods were ruined. After going back and forth with many flooring companies we were so very fortunate to get a recommendation for KPS flooring. From the start, Keith was professional and honest. We found Keith to be not only knowledgeable about flooring but meticulous with his work as well. His pricing was very fair. Keith and his guys showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They were very respectful and took care of our home while they worked. If you are in need of new flooring Keith is your guy. We will use Keith again for our upstairs.

Keith Slaughter at KPS Flooring LLC, out of Statesville, did a great job on our hardwood floor. I contacted him at his shop, off Old Mountain Road, where he had examples of different types of flooring. He stopped by to look at the house and gave an accuract estimate. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He ordered what was needed and set a time when he would start work on the floor. The flooring was dropped off a week before he started working. He removed the carpet and subfloor and cleaned up. Then he replaced the subfloor and installed the Hickory Flooring in two days. He left everything in great shape. He was a joy to work with. This was done in April of 2025.

KPS and Keith were incredible to work with! They were professional, kept our house clean considering the process, communicated well and did a great job. We refinished our floors and stairs with KPS and the outcome was better than we ever expected it would be. I highly recommend Keith and will have him do future work for us.

We hired him to do our floor almost five years ago. When I tell you the entire experience from consult to install to years after has been amazing, I still would not be doing this company justice. My floors today look as though they were just laid yesterday. I have pets and children and none of them are easy on my floors!!!! We discussed our option on which floors would work best for our family. Keith spent the time going through the looks and the longevity of each flooring. When I made a decision and changed it for the twentieth time last second, with a smile he accommodated! Anyone who is even thinking of redoing their floor I always send them his way. 10/10 experience!
