Really bad communication and follow up from this company, I would not recommend. I called in early June for someone to come out and look at my property. It took a few weeks for someone to come out, he did and gave an estimate, nice person to chat with and received an informative estimate sent via mail around 2 weeks later, which took longer than promised. I approved the estimate for 4 bushes to be trimmed and had to send it back via mail. After a few weeks, I didn't get a response that they received the estimate or to schedule. I called and they confirmed the reception of the estimate and said that I would receive a phone call for scheduling soon. Very dishonest company. One of their loaded, uncovered trucks broke my windshield and they refuse to even return my calls. Their driver lied to the insurance company and was rude to me, laughing after it happened. Kraft Nursery...unless you want a lawsuit, you need to get back with me!

It's difficult to imagine how this business has been around for more than a hundred years. We had an appointment for someone to come out and look at the yard; he came out and we had a nice conversation but that's where it ended. I never received an estimate. I called three times, sometimes speaking to someone and other times leaving messages. Fast forward a couple of months and I have never received an estimate or even a return phone call. If you cannot do the work, just tell me. Ignoring customers is never a good business practice.

Top notch landscaping business. Brian is very knowledgeable about his craft has great ideas and good suggestions. Had a 2 tier boulder retaining wall done on a steep slope of my property. Turned out better than I I had imagined when talking about it. Highly recommend.
