Kramer & Company Mechanical

I hadn't used Kramer in many years. But decided to give them another try. We have had a rash of repairs and I am highly pleased. They are very affordable. I had to purchase a furnace and ac combo. The guys came out, worked hard, and did a great job. They really cleaned up the furnace closet and even did some extra work at no extra charge. Very pleased with the HVAC crew. A week later we had an underground water leak (13 gallons a minute). The city shut off our water. Kramer was there first thing the next morning. Tim did a great job fixing the leak. Tim also worked on our toilets and got them all fixed with no leaks. I would highly recommend Kramer.

Kramer and company has worked on both our home and business properties and I cant tell you how pleased we continue to be with their work. Every single employee has been honest, worked hard and did a fantastic job. We've been a customer for 8+ years.

I'm always hesitant when it comes to contractors. After reading all reviews for Kramer, I gave them a call for two service issues: a garbage disposal that quit working, and a clog. They had both fully resolved in less than an hour, providing quick, honest, and high-quality service. Also, note that their service fee means you won't be charged if they have to come back for the same issue in the future. Totally worth it. I will always use them in the future for plumbing needs in Northwest Arkansas!
