Krantz Kooling and Heating

I had a great experience with Krantz!! Thomas was really attentive to my concerns about my thermostat and my AC/Heat unit. He took the extra time to check on my unit after he installed my thermostat. He made sure the unit was clean and ready for optimal use! He even made friends with the pups while he worked! Thank you for a great experience

I had a wonderful experience with Krantz. Our heat has been out for two weeks, and Krantz came out the same day I called to do an estimate. They were up front with their pricing and didn't push a ton of expensive other things (like other HVAC companies will do). Thomas was incredibly helpful and professional. When the part arrived, they came that very day to fix it. We're so happy to have our heat back and will be using Krantz for all our HVAC needs from here on!

We noticed that our heat wasn’t working during the winter storm. Called Krantz on a Sunday morning and Alex arrived less than two hours later. Alex assessed the system and suggested a fix that should help prevent us from having a repeat issue and was able to install the part while he was here. We appreciate Alex coming out in less than desirable road conditions to get our heat back up and running and his knowledge of how our system works that he shared while here!

My heat went out just as it was getting cold and with three little kids I needed it fixed quickly. I had several companies come out to identify the problems and give estimates but Krantz stood out above the rest. Brandon came out the same afternoon I called and provided several different options to replace the furnace and AC unit. He and Justin worked well into the evening to make sure the financing was where I needed it to be. Despite confirming the work late Thursday evening, they had a crew out Friday morning and I had heat Friday night. Awesome service, professionalism, prices, and care.

Thank you KRANZ for coming out so quickly and showing me everything I'm going to need to start with a whole new Unit , giving me 3 options I could choose from was so helpful. Everyone from the start calling in and setting up everything with Kassi from Brandon being so knowledgeable helped tremendously with making the right decision to go with KRANZ.
