This is the greatest hardware store I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I’m a building maintenance mechanic for 20 properties and I try to come here as often as possible when I’m in town

Great store, owned and run by family. It has more than a basic hardware store. They stock building materials - plywood, hardwood flooring, drywall, mouldings, piping, etc.

Very rude owner, tells me not to come back to his store because I got in front of someone on line who's still shopping. Also most of their items has no prices, everyday the price is different for the same product.

I’ve been shopping at KRB for over 20 years. The location has gotten bigger and bigger over the years and they now have more tools, supplies, and hardwood flooring stain, poly and sanding equipment. Prices are very competitive, staff is knowledgeable, and the store is clean and organized. This establishment serves tradesmen, painters, flooring companies, and contractors . If you’re coming to google to write a bad review about KRB, it’s because you’re not a professional and wanted someone to walk around the store and explain everything to you.

This is the only store that charges service fee by using credit card. I was charged more than 3% fee by using credit card. Item that I purchased is almost 5% more expensive than Home Depot regular price. Not a fair place.
