Kresta roofing has helped me out my title times now with various roof repairs for my seller clients. Often times roof repairs will arise in home inspections and sometimes they can potentially kill a deal on a roof that is otherwise in pretty good shape. Buyers want the repairs done prior to closing, which is reasonable but some roofing companies aren’t interested in repair jobs-only replacements. While Kresta also offers excellent new roof options, they aren’t afraid to offer repairs to existing roofs which literally can be the difference in a real estate deal closing or dying so I’m so very thankful to Martin and the team at Kresta Roofing for their willingness to jump in and help out to make all parties of a real estate deal happy. They also dealt with our insurance company and ensured that it was a smooth transaction! The work was done quickly and they did not leave a mess, even covered our pool! Excellent service, very knowledgeable! I was seeing in an area of my ceiling water marks or moisture marks not sure if my ceiling was leaking. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended Kresta Roofing. I contacted them and Taylor came out after looking at my ceiling he didn't think it was my roof so he went in my attic and found that my A/C compartment had been cut open and it was causing the unit to have excessive condensation, in the pan and creating enough moisture to cause my ceiling to show the problem along the seams of my ceiling. So I'm in the process of contacting an air conditioning person. This has taken a big worry away for me, because I had already had another roofer and A/C company look at it but it wasn't going away. They couldn't find the problem. I am attach
