Once we came to an agreement and they showed up to do the work it was done very professionally and they kept up with the cleanup and always very nice and polite … and everything was done great and timely . No surprises ! What we agreed to was the way it was done . I am very pleased !

I recently used Kreunen Construction to replace my roof after experiencing hail damage. Phillip went over and above to ensure my homeowners insurance paid the claim. Which was a significant task in itself due to my insurance company not wanting to be responsible for the actual damages specified in my coverage. His ability to work with the insurance company was extremely appreciated. Once the claim had been approved, the actual repairs were made. The crew showed up on the scheduled date with all roofing supplies arriving 2 days prior. Work beginning at daylight with a crew of around 10 working nonstop removing old roof and replacing new roof. The entire job was completed in one day beginning around 6:00 AM and finishing up around 9:00 PM. The job included a 2-story home, covered back porch

I needed several projects done on a house i just bought. Phil at Kruenen gave me turnkey service. Everyone showed up when they said they would, did a FANTASTIC job, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more. I want to mention that I had a tile shower removed and a tub installed in its place. It was a complicated job involving several different kinds of contractors. It was well managed such that I didnt have to worry about a thing, and it came out better than I expected. I am new to Mississippi and knew no one here. I feel very lucky to have found Kreunen.

Josh was my point of contact at Kreunen. He and his team did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. Josh laid out the plan with me, and his team executed it flawlessly. The temperatures were extremely hot, so it slowed them down a little. That was completely understandable. The team made sure that their work area was cleaned up every day before leaving, and the final cleanup was awesome as well. I would highly recommend Josh and Kreunen Construction for roof replacements.

Their quote was almost exactly what the insurance company estimated. We did get a second quote, but it was three to $5000 more.We only had to come out of pocket for the deductible and the depreciation. Josh sat down with us and went through all the materials and color choices and gave his honest advice. This included not upgrading the tiles for wind that our area never sees. His crew showed up fast And worked hard the entire time it would have been completed in one day, except that we had rain early in the morning the day they started, which push the time back a little and they had to come back the next day. When the job was finished, they cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they Were ever here. Excellent service all around.
