Zero star. Kruger is price gouging. My insurance company sent them out during hurricane Beryl to assess if my roof needed a tarp. Tarp was placed on roof and now Kruger sent me the bill and said I'm responsible for $3,747.21. I got the insurance adjuster report that said the damages was only to 13 shingles that need replacing which they estimated at $768.52. I contacted several roof/tarp companies to look at roof and Kruger tarp price and they all said they could not believe the price Kruger is charging and that no company in the area is charging that price. To do the tarp job Kruger did should have cost between $700 to $800, and that Kruger should not have covered 85% of the roof and should have only covered the 13 shingles that was damage which would have been about $300. I must say this company was very professional and efficient. Our insurance company found then and they were sent out to fix a emergency tarp that was messed up by another roofing company. We were given a time frame that they would arrive and they arrived before that time and within minutes everything was fixed and looking great. We are so happy with the outcome. We will definitely be referring this company to our friends and family.

My insurance company sent them out to place a tarp on my roof on July 20, 2022. On September 28, 2022, multiple sand bags burst and we realized that the sand bags were filled with rocks. I contacted the company and was called back and told that the were preparing for a hurricane and that no crew would be sent and also that it was past my 60 day warranty. When I questioned why there were rocks in the sandbags, the lady was very rude told me that "it is sand" and hung up on me. I called back requesting management and heard nothing. These rocks are falling from my roof into my yard and driveway and they are definitely not pebbles. Also the tarp has now damaged my roof even more and bags are still bursting!

Half stars for half the service. They called and came promptly. Took the tree but left a huge mess of left over branches and leaves all over back yard and our front yard and neighbors. Should do a complete job.

Part of 65’ 41” diameter tree fell on roof. Within 3.5 hrs of reporting damage to insurance company, Kruger arrived with equipment and full crew to remove tree debris and tarp cover roof to protect until repair could be done. It took 2 hrs and all work done. Super efficient, respectful and very fast. Would hire this group anytime.
