We hired this company a little over a year ago for a fiberglass pool installation. Their price was attractive to us because they were the lowest out of the other two consultations we had. At first they seemed professional but as time went on they were terrible to deal with. Starting with the withholding of the contract we signed. We had to wait over a month and a half to have the pool delivered which was understandable with the covid situation going on but when they started digging they cut our internet cable and almost hit our main power line to the house. As installation went on they showed up unannounced the equipment installation is wrong which I brought up but was completely ignored. Everytime I had a situation come up with the pool I brought it up they would come and take care of it

We have a 21 year old fiberglass pool but the concrete surround had got very bad; once the weather allowed, Kenny and his team arrived promptly and set to work breaking up and taking away the old concrete, they then replaced the pool plumbing, installed a new light and prepared the site for a fresh surround. This work was done quickly and efficiently with the site kept as clean as possible all the time. Joe Williams, who works with Kenny, then laid the brick surround and poured the concrete; again making sure the minimum disruption to the yard and the site. Just had a new liner installed in our old above ground pool by Krystal Klear Pools and Spa today. They got here first thing in the morning. Worried about trying to get the job done before all the rain coming. They did it. Even with the difficulties of our pool being so old they managed to install the new liner. They are awesome. So nice and very honest. Our pool looks new again thanks to them.

Loved them until they ordered a wrong pump (totally understandable) gave us an open credit (by someone no longer there, not our problem) then was told abruptly when calling to have them pull some chemicals the next season that we had a balance and if we didn't use it immediately we would lose it. No worries- picked up some chemicals for the pool and had them order a pool cover. 45 mins later we called back and asked to cancel the cover and just add more chemicals. Was told if I didn't come immediately to pick up the chemicals we would lose the credit. This was 4 in the afternoon and I said I could come the next day and they refused. Said they had left repeated messages on me and my husbands VM that we must use the credit immediately which was a lie because all they said was "just letting y
