KS Pool Tech, LLC

We've been customers of KS Pool Tech for over 20 years until today. On September 15th two employees came to our home to close our pool. We'd recently put in new landscaping and a new lawn right in front of the gate they've gone through to get to our pool in the past. They parked their truck in the street across from the gate, walked on our neighbors yard, and then hopped over the new grass to get to the gate. I saw the first employee go through the gate while the second followed him. I asked them to please use the gate on the other side of the house and their reply was something like "This is easier!" and continued through the gate. These two grown men ignored the request of customer. A little while later I noticed that they backed their truck into our driveway and used the gate I'd asked

I had a very good experience with this company. They know what they're doing and they're not messing around! I was kept informed through email and telephone calls of when I could expect the install. They showed up at 7:00 in the morning and got fien to it!! They were very professional even down to their attire. There was no smoking, no litter no hassle, it was great. I was given awesome instructions after the installation and they picked up all of their garbage and left my yard as they found it...except now there is a very well installed pool!! Please believe me when I say " you get what you pay for". They were very competitively priced and I couldn't be happier.

I called and spoke with Clint about resurfacing our pool. He was polite and professional. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me with this service but recommended another company who could. He was knowledgeable and willing to help me with my other pool needs. I look forward to working with KS Pool Tech again next summer!

These guys started out pretty good but then started to over charge me and not be very responsive. This past spring i was over charged and still couldn't use my pool. I called and called finally when questioned and ask about the charge and the liner they said they would no longer service my pool. $500.00 and I had to call another guy.

This was by far, the best experience I have had with a contractor. Kurt was very knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. Him and his team had to redo the skimmer, the drain, the cement work, and replace the liner. They were prompt every morning, and cleaned up as they worked. Our pool was a nightmare, and after a lot of hard work, complete success. I would recommend them 100%. A real pleasure to work with them.
