Working with KSI was truly an incredible experience, and we are beyond grateful for the team that helped transform our home. Our kitchen went from a dark, closed-off 1980’s space to a bright, open and welcoming heart of our home. Sarah, our designer, has an amazing gift for understanding not just what you want, but how you want your space to feel and function. The cabinets are beautiful, the countertops are elegant, and the island is absolutely fabulous. The kitchen has become the place where everyone gathers and we still find ourselves stopping to admire it. Jessica, the project manager, made the entire process run smoothly. Working with KSI Toledo was wonderful. We were greeted by Sarah who introduced us to Lisa who designed our kitchen lay out remodel. Lisa did a great job in getting us the most out of our small kitchen. When it came down to doing the work Steve and Brent were awesome. They went above and beyond, the quality of their work is second to none. These guys are true professionals. Great work guys.During the remodel we were visited by Jess who I believe was the project manager- inspector. She went over everything with a white glove to make sure the product and work was done to our satisfaction. Everything was scheduled in the time frame we were given.I would also like to thank Cutting edge counter tops and the young man who did our back splash, all quality work. Thanks again.

We are very pleased with the entire kitchen and bath design services provided by Lisa. She always took the time to listen and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. From coming out and measuring so we got exact options, to giving input on possible design changes, she helped us refine our options. The whole process from our initial meeting through delivery was extremely professional.

We had an amazing experience working with Chris McVicker at KSI in Toledo on cabinets for our new construction home. Chris is a dream to work with. During the planning stage, I changed my mind dozens of times and would second guess every decision. Chris was so patient with me and showed me tons of samples and was great about sharing ways that we could save money in certain areas without compromising quality. Our cabinets were just installed and I'm so happy with the quality--they are beautiful! We used KSI for our kitchen, bar, bathroom, laundry and mudroom cabinets. Chris even stopped by to check on everything after it was installed and make sure we were happy. If you're looking for new cabinets for your home, I couldn't recommend KSI enough!
