My name is Alex and I am the President of an HOA. I was referred to the KSN Company in 2007 and ever since this company have done a lot of, practically, everything: Installed and maintaines 7 cameras security system, fixed our gates (any kind of failure either mechanical or electronics), light sensors, night light motion sensors, electrical panel's breakers, intercom problems, gates and door locks - either electrical or mechanical, replaced quite a few garage doors as well as repaired the broken ones; you name it - they've done it. I know in advance: when they come - the things are going to be fixed tip-top. Just imagine - we do the business with the KSN company for 17 years! Just excellent! Jose is amazing and completely skilled at his craft. He came out within a day of our garage door not working and repaired it on the spot. He even cleaned up the entire area from debris and tightened a sign that was hanging on the gate and making so much noise with each movement.

José at KSN is a life saver! Our condo building has two separate gates, and we started experiencing issues with one side - locking residents in or out, and causing a ton of headache and stress for residents. After some back and forth with our prop management company, we reached out to Jose (who had serviced our building before), and he jumped on the chance to help us out! He rightfully earned our business, and we went with KSN to replace both units, largely due to his amazing customer service. On top of this, José + Omar spent ALL day installing and programming the new units, and were friendly and upbeat after a looooong day of work.
