KT Irrigation just reinstalled our sprinkler system after having it removed to put in a pool and have nothing but positive things to say about KT Irrigation. Josh came out the day after I emailed about getting a quote and also gave a quote for landscape lighting. Josh was able to look at our current landscaping and map out where sprinkler heads should go and where uplights and pathlights should go. They wrapped up the project in two days and I am extremely pleased!

The relatively small 3-zone irrigation system that KT did for my end unit townhome is still going strong for the 3rd year. The installation was done well and was relatively neat & clean. They did run into an issue with my water supply during installation (due to a builder-related problem.. long story) that took a week to fix and KT came back out after it was resolved to verify the system was working correctly at no extra charge.

KT Irrigation is one of the worst-run companies in Northern Virginia. For years I have had trouble with them returning phone calls, responding to requests, following-up on issues they have identified. Because they designed and installed my original system with Toll Brothers, I have stuck with them. But as of today I am done. I have called them 3x to get my backflow installed. They have not returned a single call over the last 2.5 weeks. My lawn is brown because they won't return to fix the problem they couldn't fix last time. Trust me do not use them. They are awful.

Terrible service and responsiveness. Water sprinkler system ruptured and water was slowing for 3 hours while I was at work. My neighbor contacted KT. I left two VMs and debt email. Tried calling all extensions but all I got was VM. No return calls. No wonder they have a terrible rating less than 4 stars.

Such ineptitude. After sealing off a broken sprinkler and turning off the water for the system inside the house, I tried to get them to come back to turn it back on. Simple? You would think. Numerous emails, two unreturned phone calls and Amanda still insisted it had been “fixed.” Finally got someone to return, fix an additional broken sprinkler and come inside to turn the water back on. Maddening. Horrendous “service.”
