Driver ran four red lights in a row on Federal BLVD today, ran one four seconds after light had changed almost t-boning us then continued to run three more lights along federal with a trailer attached. Avoid at all costs.

Would recommend KTK General Construction to anyone looking for quality work. Their remodel at the Starbucks in Kings Soopers off Harmony in Fort Collins, CO looks amazing!

Our experience with Ktk is exactly what another reviewer states about not getting paid for work done. Read the reviews and make your own conclusions. We were asked to do extra work from the KTK”super on the job. He stated he would approve the change order and asked us to get the work done so we did. And what do you know -they refused to sign the change order after the work was done with one excuse and lie after another. The bottom line is we trusted them and shouldn’t have. I do not recommend working with this company. There are too many other companies out there that do honest work. We haven’t seen anything like this one before. Sad people like this are in business. My best advice is don’t take their word for anything. Get it in writing before you proceed with any work. Lesson learned for

Add me to the list of people who were harassed on the road by a big KTK truck. Vehicle #131 was tailgating me dangerously close on I70 exiting Central Park this morning. I may have been speeding a little but this shthead was probably five feet away from my bumper, slowing down then speeding up like he was going to hit me. Guy swerved around me almost hitting another car just so he could roll his window down and stare at me. I reported him to KTK but, according to the reviews here, I don't think anything will happen. That guy SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING A VEHICLE.

Great company. Easy to deal with. On time and budget with excellent attention to details. Don’t start your project without checking them out first.
