After discovering problems with the roof flashing replacement work done by another company, we hired KTM to correct the work that was done improperly. John was thorough in identifying installation issues, particularly around waterproofing, and clearly explained what needed to be corrected. They also provided photos of the work, which made the process transparent and reassuring. The repairs were done carefully and correctly, and the crew was professional throughout. I would absolutely recommend them.
