KTM Slate Roofing

Craig and the folks at KTM slate did an excellent job repairing our slate roof and fixing and stopping a leak that several other local slate companies could not fix. They also did an excellent job replacing the original roof cap in copper and came back promptly when a corner of one of the pieces had been shifted because of high winds. Highly recommend these folks to anyone in the Valley looking for slate repair done right.

KTM Ed just finished annual maintenance on my slate roof and replaced a membrane roof on our sunroom. They gave a quick and reasonable estimate, did the job quickly with no collateral damage, and their work was excellent. Craig and his crew were wonderful to work with. My roof suffered storm damage and a number of slates were missing. Craig not only replaced and matched them perfectly, he also repaired all of my other missing or broken tiles and replaced some flashing that had failed. The job only took about five hours start to finish, they cleaned up the site so you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working, and best of all, the whole repair came in at an EXTREMELY reasonable price for repairing a 130 year old roof. Couldn’t be happier!

After contacting countless roofing companies and getting the run around I cam across KTM Roofing. Craig came out within 48 hours and gave me a estimate and we scheduled the repairs. There ended up being more repairs needed then the original estimated but I was not charged for any additional cost. It’s hard to find companies that will stick to the estimates they give. I highly recommend KTM roofing they are true professionals and provide excellent service. The new slate looks great and best off app no more leaks.
