Every time I call. They come and take care of my problems. If they don't answer they always call back.

My elderly dad Called for a water leak on my his well on Friday……Kuhns showed up….”we’re not touching that, you need a new well”. Said they would send a quote for a new well on Friday. No email quote was ‘ever’ received. Called another service after I got back from out of town on Monday…..leak was fixed that day after 4 days of no water…”no new well was needed. “…….🤷‍♂️

This dude is not only rude but lazy too didn't even want to be bothered with giving a quote because this guy doesn't want anything that isn't low hanging fruit hung up on me and the process of asking for an estimate because he's a lazy and good for nothing. I called on a Monday morning and explained my situation. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning. The crew arrived on time and worked on our well. Due to the age of the well, more parts were needed. Wednesday morning the crew returned and fixed the well pump motor and water storage tank. I am a very satisfied customer.
