When my furnace went out, she was the only one that took the time to help AND had the part I needed just so happen to be the last one she had. I am beyond thankful for them. Make them your first stop!

Better than expected. Team arrived to install the pellet stove without issues. They were clean and courteous. They added another thermostat line inside the wall without effort. They did troubleshooting after the install to ensure everything worked properly. A great hands-on service.

We had a problem with our wood pellet stove, and we called this business. Person on phone was very pleasant and we got an appointment for a few days later. Service person was great, did various tests with stove and chimney, and patiently answered all our questions--very professional. I highly recommend this place!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, was buying vent pipe for my pellet stove, and forgot a measurement so they allowed me to take two sizes without charging for them and told me to bring back the one that didn’t work, got my install done and returned the section and paid for the one I used. Asked many questions about the codes and requirements for my install, and was provided with answers. You won’t get the same customer service at the big box stores

Well , no matter how many times you call , they dont answer. If you leave a message, they wont call back. On top of that, their prices on stove pellets are the highest around. If you do buy from them and want delivery, good luck pinning them down to a date. When you finally do, it wont be anytime soon
