Kuykendall Roofing did an amazing job for us on our Lanai roof first , fair price and done quickly! Then 3 hurricanes later and they came out again and gave a a price for the new roof on our home and once again out did themselves. My church (First Baptist Church Charlotte Harbor) needed to have a lot of soffits as well as some facia and gutters repaired on our 2-story and 1-story buildings due to hurricane damages. The salesman, Rich Bouvier, came to look at the job promptly and gave us a very reasonable quote. He even included reinforcing the undamaged soffits on the 2-story building since they would have a lift on the property, so that there should not be a need to replace soffits that high up when future storms come. Rich was on site every day with the crew. The job was done in a reasonable time. Rich was always attentive to questions and suggestions, very accommodating. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I had many questions. He then scheduled the job and reached out multiple times asking if I have any other questions-fantastic customer service. Also the installers Chris and Aaron did a great job. They were professional and I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and professionalism. Office staff down to the installers were all great. Kuykendall replaced my composite roof with a 5v metal roof in August. They were very busy at that time because, like myself, many had to replace their roof or lose coverage. They scheduled within 3-4 weeks. It is more expensive than shingle or roll, but well worth it! Zero damage from the storm and we live directly in Ian's path. Most of my neighbors sustained major damage. I imagine they are extremely busy now, but they did great work and I highly recommend them. Oh and they also contacted us after the storm! I said they should use us for advertisement. Best decision I've ever made.
