Very pleased with KV Windows. Jason inspected all my windows, walked me through the process, answered all my questions and provided an estimate. He negotiated a claim resolution with my insurance company successfully. Matthew presented options and fine tuning, patiently and thoroughly. When we later made changes to the original scope, Jason and Matthew made adjustments that were well detailed and appropriate, in my best interest. The installation was flawless. The men were professional, efficient, with great attention to details, respectful of my property. I will not hesitate to use KV again when the time comes.

I had several window companies look at replacing a broken window at my house and ultimately went with Matt at KV Windows because he was the most knowledgeable and responsive. My window was an atypical install and required coordination with a roofer prior to the work being started and Matt and Jesus made the communication and coordination super easy. Window turned out great and the job was so much simpler than it could have been. I 100% recommend Matt and KV Windows to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and fair window company.

From the moment Jason came to my house to survey the damage and provide a quote to cover hail damage to several windows I knew I was dealing with a class company. He did a complete survey of the house, provided a thorough estimate and submitted to my insurance company. My claims adjuster was so impressed with the details he just put a line item on my claim adjustment that said KV Windows. No hassle, just sent a check to cover the work. Next came Matt and Michael who showed up on time and started immediately after giving me a schedule of how things would be done. They spent 5+ hours replacing several windows, restringing all screens and replacing all damaged beading. When they were done we did a final walk through and there was not a speck of dust or debris anywhere - inside or outside

Matthew (aka StudMuffin), Jesus (aka The Window Whisperer), and the entire KV Windows crew went above and beyond installing my new sliding doors, complete with a custom opening for my husky, and a kitchen window. They also repaired siding that had been damaged by water, making sure everything was sealed and finished perfectly. Matthew was incredibly attentive throughout the project, treating the work as if it were for his own home. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Jesus brought such skill and precision to the job, it’s no wonder they call him The Window Whisperer! I’ll absolutely be hiring KV Windows and this crew for any future window and door projects. Highly recommend!
