Alex was great! From the first time I spoke to him on the phone after seeing his van on the road and taking a picture of it figuring it would be good to save to him coming over for a free estimate to the scheduling and the final repair appointment he was hands on, polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, what he would do to correct it and did it all in a timely fashion during the Christmas break. I would highly recommend him for any door repair.

I could not be happier with the quality installation I received from KVA Group Inc. From the very first day they arrived to give me an estimate, they were very professional. They quickly took measurements of the 6 windows that needed repair. They explained everything in detail and constantly kept me up todate via text, as to the progress of the glass order and the time frame of installation. They are extremely dependable. All appointments were kept. Arrived on time and took extra care to keep all work areas clean. The craftsmanship was impeccable. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I highly recommend them. I am a perfectionist and they exceeded my expectations. My windows are over 30 years old and had broken seals. They made them look brand new.
